The conference secretariat has arranged lunches and dinners for participants:
Welcoming Dinner: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (CityU Chinese Restaurant)
Lunch: 12:15 pm – 2:00 pm (CityU Chinese Restaurant)
Dinner: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (House of Canton, Festival Walk)
Lunch: 12:40 pm – 2:00 pm (CityU Chinese Restaurant)
Dinner: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm (Da Ping Huo Sichuan Cuisine, Central)
Lunch: 12:50 pm – 2:00 pm (CityU Chinese Restaurant)
Dinner: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (CityU Chinese Restaurant)
Other than the meals specified above, speakers have to make their own arrangements.
The City University will be paying the airfare and accommodation of invited speakers. Please contact Ms Peggy Tse, Secretary to the Conference, for reimbursement of airfares as soon as you arrive (contact tel: (852) 3442 8851); email: email@example.com). Other expenses, such as overseas calls, laundry and room services, will have to be met by participants.

There will be some signposts leading you to the conference venue within the campus.
All invited speakers are required to register at the on-site registration desk outside Lecture Theatre 11, Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong in the morning of Monday, 29 November 2010 where you can pick up the conference booklet as well as your name badge. You are advised to wear the badge at all times as it will admit you to conference activities including tea breaks, luncheons and dinners. The registration time is 10:00 am – 10:30 am.
